Custom-made or tailor-made curtains are produced according to the measurements, fabric, and design selected by the customer.
Once production has started, custom orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded, except in cases of manufacturing defects or workmanship issues.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all selections before confirming a custom order.

5. Delivery & Installation

We deliver and install curtains across Dubai and surrounding areas as agreed at the time of order.
Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to fabric availability, customization, or external factors.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as supplier delays, weather conditions, or access restrictions at the delivery location.
